Return Policy

Refused Shipments:

Any shipment that is refused, will be returned to the warehouse and you will be responsible for the shipping fees, to you and back to us, as well as any restocking fees that may apply.

Mount and balance packages are NONRETURNABLE and if refused, it will be returned to our facility.  Unauthorized returns will not be credited to your account, and will be held for 5 business days, prior to being discarded.  Prior to being discarded the order can be returned to you, however you will need to pay the shipping cost back to you.

Once the wheels and tires have been mounted, they can not be resold, so they are yours once they have been mounted.


Any cancellation after signing will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Thanks for shopping at Off-Road Rim Financing. Once your order is finalized, it is put right into processing, therefore once finalized you cannot cancel shipping.

You have 30 days to return wheels and tires from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, wheels and tires must be unused and in new condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once mounted and balanced there is No Return since they are used at that point.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned products.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs that were incurred by us will be put back into your refund, however you will incur costs for return shipping.

Shipping address or addresses changes can ONLY be processed at the time of signing.

Tire Issues

If weights are missing upon delivery we will require a picture to cover re-balancing.

Manufacturing defects – (out of round, un-balanceable) these need to be shipped to manufacturer by customer for them to inspect. These issues are between the respective manufacturer and the customer.

Wheel Issues

If you were to receive the wrong wheels we will send call tags for the incorrect wheels, along with the new wheels. We require a refundable deposit, or promissory note stating you will return the incorrect wheels. The wheels must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Upon arrival of wheels your refund will be processed.

Lug Issues

In the case you receive the wrong lugs, we will be happy to send out another free set.


It is up to the discretion of the respective manufacturer to inspect and replace, or deny replacements based on what condition they are in wheels.

Must be shipped to manufacturer by customer.

Fitment Issues

At the time options are sent we advise customer of issues that can incur if they choose outside our recommend sizes.

Keep in mind trimming and mods are typically necessary when getting a custom set-up.
